EXPORT IMPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Key Accountability Areas:
- To expedite all transactions (import, subcon/local
shipment and export) with proper Customs
documentation according to Bonded Zone regulation.- Work closely with shipping line, forwarding,
consolidator, and trucking company to arrange the
shipment on schedule- Build strong communication with Regional
Logistics in HK and Headquarter in USA and also with the customers around the world- To control logistics cost and spending including
prepare payment for logistics services to the logistics
vendors- Maintaining sales shipment and regular report for
Customs office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Economics,
Management or Information Technology from
reputable university- Min GPA > 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience in EXIM in the
bonded zone company- Excellent understanding and well up dated on
bonded zone regulation- Experience in handling direct import / SCM nomination shipment
- Having Leadership Competencies
- Having good interpersonal & communication
skills.- Willing to be located in Cikarang
